The CV Experts’ philosophy has always been to take a very personal, pragmatic approach to understanding and meeting your career objectives. The team is made up of former Executive Head-Hunters and Search & Selection Specialists. In the past we've recruited and interviewed at the very highest level, so we're vastly in tune with what the employer is looking for. Our Consultants' memberships include The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) and The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). Furthermore, our mix of specialist skills allows us to place each client with a Consultant experienced in writing CVs targeting their vertical market.
Face-to-face or telephone? We give every client the choice in how they want to liaise to us. We're more than happy to meet with you in person if you prefer that approach. Whichever way, we offer daytime, evening and weekend appointment times to fit with your schedule. We treat each new CV as a new project, and this is typically how it develops:
Initial Contact
Contact us by telephone or email to outline your requirements and immediate career aspirations. We can even help you define your objectives if you’re uncertain by calling upon our wealth of recruitment experience. At this point you’ll be allocated to a CV Consultant who has expertise in your particular field. He/she will then advise you free of charge as to how we'd approach crafting your professional CV to help you achieve your objectives and the timeframes involved. If you’re happy with our proposal we’ll make an appointment for your one-to-one CV consultation, whether face-to-face or telephone.
CV Consultation
During the consultation we’ll explore the main avenues to sell you. This may include your strengths, skills, achievements, successes, career and education. We know exactly how to steer the discussion to capture the information needed, and we won’t be grilling you – it’ll be a relaxed, painless affair!
First Draft
Approximately one week later the first draft of your new CV will be emailed to you for your approval. It will of course be sooner if we’ve agreed with you at the start a quicker turnaround time to meet an urgent deadline (this is subject to our availability). Upon receipt of the draft, react as quickly or slowly as you like in terms of advising by email if there are any changes you require.
Delivery
If need be we’ll redraft your CV as many times as you like with no time restrictions as part of our satisfaction guarantee to every client. We’re that confident in our abilities based on our past success. Once you’re 100% happy, we’ll email the final version of the CV to you.

We’re not going anywhere! We stay on hand to provide each and every client with one year’s free updates and any advice they might need during their job hunting or interview phases.
