Established in 1997 by a former London-based Recruitment Manager, The CV Experts’ philosophy over the years has been to take a very personal, pragmatic approach to understanding and meeting your career objectives.  All of our CV Consultants originate from recruitment backgrounds, including head-hunting and executive search and selection.  Our memberships include The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) and The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).  We treat each new CV as a new project, and this is typically how it develops:

Initial Contact

Contact us by telephone or email to outline your requirements and immediate career aspirations.  We can even help you define your objectives if you're uncertain by calling upon our wealth of recruitment experience.  At this point you'll be allocated to a CV Consultant who has expertise in your particular field.  He/she will then advise you free of charge as to how we'd approach crafting your CV to help you achieve your objectives and the timeframes involved.  If you're happy with our proposal we'll make an appointment for your one-to-one consultation, whether face-to-face or telephone.

Consultation

During the consultation we'll explore the main avenues to sell you.  This can include your strengths, skill set, achievements, successes, career and education.  We know exactly how to steer the discussion to capture the information needed, and we won't be grilling you...it'll be a relaxed, painless affair.

First Draft

Approximately one week later the first draft of your new CV will be emailed to you for your approval.  Upon receipt of the draft, react as quickly or slowly as you like in terms of advising if there are any changes you require.  We can sometimes turn things round quicker than a week if you have an urgent deadline - just contact us for details on our availability.

Delivery & Guarantee

If need be we'll redraft your CV as many times as you like with no time restrictions as part of our satisfaction guarantee to every client.  We're that confident in our abilities based on our past success.  Once you're 100% happy we'll email the final version to you.
