Orders cannot be cancelled once written work has commenced on your CV. Should you place an order and cancel it prior to written work commencing on your CV, we will refund you the full amount.

Should we be unable to process your request or cannot deliver your CV for any reason, we will notify you immediately. You will be entitled to a refund of any premiums paid.

Any changes, revisions or updates you require must be requested by email for clarity.

Your CV is based upon information that you supply. We cannot accept responsibility for any false or inaccurate information supplied.
