• TheCVExperts is committed to protecting your privacy.  TheCVExperts collects the information provided by you via our online enquiry form or order form, together with information we learn about you from communication with you, your use of our services and visits to our web site.  We will use your information to provide and customise our service.  We will also use your contact (email and telephone) details to communicate with you; however we will not disclose your information to any third parties.  We would like to hear your views to help us improve our service, so we may contact you in the future to ask for your feedback.  Please note, that there may be instances when it is necessary for us to communicate with you, in any event, for administrative or operational reasons relating to our service.
• All listed prices are subject to VAT.  Payment is required in full before we begin your consultation - by debit/credit card, PayPal or BACs. Funds must have cleared before the consultation commences.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced on your CV. Should you place an order and cancel it prior to work commencing on your CV, we will refund you the full amount.
• Should we be unable to process your request or cannot deliver your CV for any reason, we will notify you immediately. You will be entitled to a refund of any premiums paid.
• The details of any changes, revisions, updates or redrafts you require must be requested in writing by email.
• Your CV is based upon information that you supply. We cannot accept responsibility for any false or inaccurate information supplied.
• This site provides links to other sites which we hope will be of relevance to you. We do not accept any responsibility for the content of those sites.
• We can in no way guarantee that the use of our products will result in an interview or job offer.
• All content provided on this site is owned by or licensed to The CV Experts and protected by copyright. The CV Experts retains all proprietary rights to The CV Experts content. The CV Experts content may not be reproduced, transmitted or distributed without our prior written consent.
• Distance Selling Regulations:
  The supply of services and personalised goods, as outlined in Distance Selling Regulations 13, "the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10", 13:1A and 13:1C in respect of contracts for the supply of services if the performance of the contract has begun with the consumer's agreement; before the end of the cancellation period.
  However, we recognise clients can have a change of circumstance and therefore offer a cancellation policy, that balances the cost of our administration costs, cancellation of Consultant's diary and research work undertaken, prior to a booking. If you cancel by email notification to us:
  1.    Up to 7 working days prior to your Appointed Consultation; 10% will be deducted from the refund
  2.    Up to 4 working days prior to your Appointed Consultation: 25% will be deducted from the refund.
  3.    Up to 2 working days prior to your Appointed Consultation: 50% will be deducted from the refund.
  4.    Cancellation on the day attracts the full 100% Cancellation Fee.
  * Cancellations are scheduled to the next working day, where voice messages or email notification are made after 18:00 UK time.
  Refunds due will be credited back to your card/account within 30 days of cancellation order.
